Description
The project is for a complete 60-by-120-foot pole building with 16-foot sidewalls, including site preparation, structural construction, insulation, steel interior panels, a reinforced concrete slab, doors, and drainage. The contractor must also provide electrical service and wiring, two hanging furnaces, gas, water, and sewer connections, a tankless water heater, a mop sink, hose bibs, gutters, and downspouts. The scope includes materials, labor, equipment, permits, inspections, and coordination. Bids must include a lump-sum price with a detailed cost breakdown, an estimated schedule, material specifications, any proposed subcontractors, warranty coverage, and proof of insurance. Contractors must be licensed and insured and provide references for at least two comparable projects completed within the past five years. A site inspection is scheduled for October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
