Description
The City of Mishawaka Utility Board is soliciting qualifications from providers capable of implementing a guaranteed savings contract for improvements to publicly owned treatment works under City Project MWW-26-015. The selected provider will perform improvements at the wastewater treatment plant and throughout the collection system, including aeration blower and biosolids upgrades and radio-to-cellular upgrades at lift stations, along with other improvements determined by the Owner. The procurement will select a single provider. Responses must follow the RFQ guidelines, comply with the City of Mishawaka Responsible Bidding Practices and Submission Requirements Ordinance 5990, be labeled “RFQ Response for MWW-26-015,” and include four copies.
