Description
Brandywine Community Schools is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for WAN circuits providing at least 10 Gbps from three locations to Brandywine Middle/Senior High School, plus district internet access of at least 1.2 Gbps. Internet service should include a 99.97% uptime guarantee if possible, a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7, and at least one static IP address. Bidders must itemize all components and identify any items or services that are not eligible for E-rate funding. The district also seeks approximately 21 wireless access points and related components, including cabling, with installation, configuration, and maintenance. It prefers five-year licensing and would like pricing for two equipment options. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is required with the bid; proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award. Quotes must be emailed with the subject or marking “E-rate bid.”
