Description
Cassopolis Public Schools is seeking Category 1 internet access and data transmission service for four eligible entities, with a requested capacity range of 1–5 Gbps. The requested service includes at least 1 Gbps of internet access, domain name registration, a minimum of 27 static IP addresses, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, and a maximum four-hour service response time with 24/7 support. Bidders should itemize ISP-owned connectivity equipment placed in the district and separately identify any services or products that are not eligible for E-rate funding. The district requests firm fixed-price quotations and may select more than one provider. Quotes should itemize all components, including web-based statistical analysis access and end-to-end maintenance for equipment used to deliver the services. The provider must have an E-rate SPIN and active SAM.gov registration; the specified annual service-provider certification must be on file by September 1, 2027. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is requested with the bid, while proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award.
