Description
Goshen Public Library is requesting proposals from qualified construction managers as constructors for the Goshen Public Library Renovation Project, including construction and equipping of the facilities. The selected CMc will provide the services described in the RFP and must satisfy the applicable requirements of Indiana Code 5-32. Proposals must address the offeror’s relevant project experience, construction-manager-as-constructor delivery experience, organizational resources, licensing, insurance, financial strength and bonding capacity, minority- and women-owned business contracting history, litigation and disputes history, proposed team and key personnel, capacity, references, bidder prequalification approach, and proposed compensation structure. The solicitation also describes a formal evaluation and question-and-answer process, with award based on the Owner and Evaluation Committee’s determination of best value.
