Description

The City of Goshen is seeking a contractor to construct the Cherry Creek Trailway, Phase 1, a new multi-use trail system within and around the Cherry Creek development. The work includes a concrete multi-use path within the development and a hot mix asphalt path along its exterior, extending from Regent Street to Dierdorff Road. The project also includes earthwork, grading, aggregate base installation, drainage improvements, restoration, traffic control, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and related work necessary for completion and acceptance. Proposals must include bid security equal to five percent of the maximum contract price.
