Description
Marian High School seeks symmetrical internet access and data transmission with guaranteed throughput at approximately 1 Gbps, scalable to approximately 2 Gbps. The service must include at least 14 public IPv4 addresses, with pricing for additional addresses and optional IPv6 addresses. Proposals should describe the service-provider equipment and handoff, the pathway to the applicant’s network entry point, and any leased third-party lines. Fiber handoffs are requested. Respondents must provide laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments, including recurring and nonrecurring costs, fees, and any price escalators. Proposals must include a service-level agreement covering availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, chronic trouble provisions, and service reporting. The minimum stated commitment is a two-hour diagnosis and four-hour temporary or permanent repair. The response must also include a service description and construction timeline, pricing, the proposed SLA, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract addressing the proposal requirements and E-Rate contingencies. The requested service is to begin July 1, 2027; the applicant seeks a three-year contract with up to two optional one-year extensions, while considering other terms.
