Description
Goshen Public Library is requesting proposals from qualified construction managers as constructors for the renovation and equipping of its library project. The selected firm will provide CMc services under Indiana Code 5-32 and the forthcoming Construction Manager as Constructor Contract. Proposals must address qualifications and experience with similar facilities and construction-manager-as-constructor delivery, organizational resources, licensing, insurance, financial strength and bonding capacity, minority- and women-owned business contracting history, litigation and disputes, project performance, proposed personnel and team composition, current capacity, client and project references, bidder prequalification, and proposed compensation, including any guaranteed maximum price approach. The solicitation also describes a formal evaluation and question-and-answer process.
