Description
The Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority is soliciting comprehensive implementation services to transition its hybrid environment from Office 365 E3 and on-premises Active Directory to a secure, cloud-first Microsoft 365 E5 environment. The scope includes Entra ID identity migration, coexistence architecture, Intune unified endpoint and mobile device management, migration of approximately 100 staff devices, Microsoft Defender security and threat monitoring, phishing simulations, security compliance configuration, and migration or redesign of DHCP, printing, and approximately 2.4 TB of file-server data. The selected consultant will perform discovery, architecture, configuration, deployment, quality assurance, user acceptance support, staff and IT training, documentation, and project management. The consultant must provide on-site support for Universal Print Connector installation and device enrollment for one to two weeks, submit fixed milestone-based pricing and a five-year Microsoft 365 E5 total-cost-of-ownership analysis, and complete all deliverables by July 31, 2027. Responses must address the requested technical approach, timeline, experience, at least three similar client references, subcontractors, pricing, and agreement to the sample contract and insurance requirements.
