Description
The project includes demolition, utility decommissioning, site grading, and installation of six owner-furnished, contractor-installed prefabricated vault toilet buildings. Work also includes sidewalk and curb ramp construction, curb reconstruction, drainage improvements, electrical conduit installation, pavement markings, fee station and kiosk modifications or installation, and landscaping restoration and cleanup. The listed bid items include mobilization, bonds, and insurance, as well as temporary facilities and controls.
