Description
Lane County seeks a contractor to complete construction improvements at Baker Bay Park. Work includes demolition and utility decommissioning, site grading, installation of six owner-furnished prefabricated vault toilet buildings, sidewalk and curb ramp construction, drainage improvements, electrical conduit installation, kiosk and pay-station modifications, and site restoration at multiple locations throughout the park. State prevailing wage requirements apply. The project is to be completed by May 7, 2027.
