Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide preconstruction services and, contingent upon successful negotiation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price, construction services for the City Hall Deferred Maintenance and Quad Redesign Project. The project involves renovating three of four existing City Hall office-space sections, totaling approximately 33,750 square feet of occupied office space. The scope includes accessibility improvements, building-system upgrades, interior reconfiguration, and deferred maintenance. The solicitation package includes architectural and MEP drawings, a seismic study, a CM/GC cost matrix, proposer information and certification materials, a CORBID form, and a responsibility inquiry form.
