Description
The contractor will review the inventory of existing community mass care facilities and tsunami evacuation assembly areas, assessing hazard exposure, asset operability, and access considerations. The work will produce a comprehensive Mass Care Improvement Plan that identifies risk-mitigation measures and provides a methodology for prioritizing resource investments to reduce hazards to mass care assets.
