Description
ECHO Joint Agreement is soliciting sealed bids for Bid Package 1 – Mechanical, covering the replacement of unit ventilators at Echo School. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. The successful contractor must comply with Illinois prevailing-wage and public-works requirements, provide a 5% bid bond or acceptable equivalent, and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds with an approved surety. The contractor must also provide insurance or an indemnity guarantee covering claims for personal or property damage arising during construction.
