Description

State University of New York at Upstate Medical University is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 1 construction associated with a modular sterile processing facility at Upstate Community Hospital. The scope includes all labor, materials, and equipment required for foundations, structures, sitework, and utilities; the modular facility itself will be provided by others. The work must be completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, and bid security of at least 5% of the total bid is required.
