Description
Western Wyoming Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan, grounded in a data-driven space utilization analysis. The plan should align facilities with current institutional strategic priorities, evolving instructional delivery methods, enrollment trends, workforce needs, student experience, operational sustainability, and long-term institutional resilience. The scope of services includes a foundational space utilization analysis across all campus facilities, an assessment of facilities and infrastructure, alignment with academic, athletic, and workforce needs, and considerations for future learning and technology. The final plan will include prioritized recommendations for repurposing, consolidating, renovating, or decommissioning spaces, along with cost estimates, phased implementation strategies, and conceptual planning maps. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to modify the schedule as necessary. Preference may be given to resident Wyoming firms.
