Description
The Department of the Air Force is conducting an advisory multi-step process to solicit capabilities for a single-award SABER Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will require the selected Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor construction services for real property at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, remote sites in Davidsonville and Brandywine, Maryland, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C., and the Air Force Memorial in Arlington, VA. Interested WOSB firms are requested to submit a capability package demonstrating their capacity in three key areas: bonding capacity of at least $5,000,000 per project and $30,000,000 aggregate, experience in managing a high volume of concurrent projects with a focus on quality and schedule, and definitive WOSB certification status from the SBA or an approved third-party certifier. The government will evaluate these packages to advise firms on their viability as competitors for the upcoming formal solicitation.
