Description
The City seeks a consultant to manage its bus advertising program, market and sell advertising space, coordinate advertiser accounts and advertising inventory, and support the transition of existing advertising agreements and placements. Advertising may be placed on the exterior of fixed-route and Dial-A-Ride buses and inside fixed-route and specified V-LINE buses, subject to City approval of all advertising content and placements. The consultant must assist with producing, installing, removing, and replacing advertisements; coordinate work with City staff and the transit operations contractor; maintain advertisements; and provide monthly inventory and placement reports. The City invoices advertisers and collects revenue directly, while consultant compensation is a proposed commission on advertising revenue collected by the City. Subcontractors may perform installation or removal with prior City approval. The initial term is 12 months, with up to four consecutive one-year extensions at the City's option and the contractor's consent.
