Description
LYNX seeks a contractor to manage and sell advertising across its transit system, including bus exteriors and interiors, shelters, transit centers, and current and future digital platforms. The contractor will establish advertising rates; solicit and manage advertising contracts; produce durable signs and other advertising materials; install, remove, clean, maintain, and repair advertising; and provide accounts receivable services. The contractor must also provide monthly revenue and inventory reports and make up to 15% of fleet advertising space available to LYNX. Advertising content is subject to LYNX approval and restrictions. The contract has a five-year initial term and one five-year renewal option, exercisable at LYNX's discretion. The contractor proposes minimum annual guaranteed revenue amounts and a share of sales for LYNX. The proposal must include a cover letter, account executive information, business license information, insurance certification, required executed exhibits, references, and the completed minimum-guarantee revenue schedule. A consolidated PDF must be submitted through the specified online portal.
