Description
The City of Rome is soliciting proposals for a complete Water Operations restroom remodel. The work includes demolition and disposal; relocation and installation of plumbing, urinals, toilets, hand-washing sinks, and a mop sink; concrete floor and wall repairs; painting; restroom partitions; and wall-mounted hand dryers, paper towel dispensers, and soap dispensers. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, transportation, cleanup, and incidental work necessary for a complete and functional installation. The contractor must verify existing conditions, coordinate with City operations and utility shutdowns, comply with applicable codes and licensing requirements, obtain City approval for visible products and finishes, and provide a one-year workmanship warranty. The proposal must include the listed affidavits, certifications, bid form, insurance documentation, and any applicable bonds. The City may require interviews, additional information, negotiations, or a best and final offer.
