Description
Cobb County is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver water-based, NPE-free defoamer to its water reclamation facilities. The product must meet specified requirements, including a pH range of 7.5–9.5, viscosity of 250–550 cps at 25°C, a minimum three-month shelf life, ready degradability, and non-bioaccumulative properties. The product must also comply with applicable federal requirements, including 21 CFR and the Toxic Substances Control Act, and the vendor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet with each delivery. Estimated usage is 20 55-gallon drums and 39 250-gallon totes annually, although quantities are not guaranteed and no minimum order requirements are permitted. Delivery is required within 48 hours after receipt of order, with replacement or credit required for nonconforming product. The initial contract term is 12 months, with two optional one-year renewals, for a maximum duration of three years.
