Description
Tennessee Technological University is seeking a contractor to provide custom graphic design services for its football program and social media channels. Work includes game-day and game-week graphics, player and recruiting graphics, event and holiday graphics, staff and athlete announcements, rankings, season recaps, and other graphics requested by the Head Coach or General Manager. The vast majority of requests must be fully custom, including recruiting graphics for potentially hundreds of recruits, and may involve approximately 50 to 200 graphics per month at the University's discretion. Each requested graphic must be completed within two calendar days, with requested revisions—including multiple revisions and occasional full redesigns—provided within the same turnaround period at no additional charge. The contractor must be available as needed, including nights and weekends, and must have five to eight years of relevant experience producing comparable graphics for an FCS football program; FBS and NFL experience is preferred. The contractor will submit a fixed monthly fee covering all services, labor, revisions, communication, overhead, and related costs. No minimum quantity of work is guaranteed.
