Description
Lewisville Independent School District is requesting supplemental proposals from qualified firms and professionals to provide fine arts consultant services and materials on an as-needed basis for Pre-K–12 environments. The scope includes consultation, professional staff development, student-related services, program improvement, and other direct support services. The contract is non-exclusive and may be awarded to multiple proposers or a single proposer at the District’s discretion. The supplemental contract will run coterminously with RFP #3229-24, and vendors previously awarded under RFP #3229-24, RFP #3229A-24, RFP #3229B-24, or RFP #3229C-24 do not need to respond. All other interested vendors, including sole-source providers, must submit the complete proposal and all required attachments regardless of sole-source status. The anticipated contract term is November 2026 through September 2029.
