Description
The U.S. Air Force is procuring nine commercial dew point hygrometers as direct replacements for existing systems. Required equipment must use primary multi-stage chilled-mirror sensor technology; support a dew/frost point range of -65 degC to +75 degC, at least 95 degC cooling depression, and accuracy of +-0.2 degC or better; and provide automatic contamination compensation, programmable and manual balance cycles, configurable analog outputs, RS-232 communications, and at least two programmable alarm relays. Units must be compatible with standard 19-inch rack or panel mounting and remote sensors located up to 250 feet from the console. The supplier must provide NIST-traceable calibration performed by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, transportation to the destination, and a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, sensors, and labor. An Edgetech Instruments DM-PMDM-X3SF-STD-RC(250FT.)-AFSP or equal commercially available product is acceptable. The procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with delivery required five weeks after award receipt.
