Description
The Assistant Secretary—Indian Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease of 19,725 ABOA square feet of office and specialized space in Nashville, Tennessee. The required delineated area is bounded by Lebanon Pike/U.S. 70 to the north, Donelson Pike to the east, Interstate 40 to the south, and the intersection of Lebanon Pike and Interstate 40 to the west. Six total surface parking spaces are required. The offered space must meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and must not be located in the 0.2-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The lease has a 10-year full and firm term with no option period. The government is considering alternative space because its current Nashville lease is expiring and will evaluate relocation and related transition costs.
