Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking one commercial Quality Compass license covering current-year Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare data with Data Exporter functionality. The license will support health-plan selection, competitor analysis, quality improvement, benchmarking, custom reporting, and analysis of HEDIS-based measures, including access to customized Excel reports and the All Measure Download. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and the VA may use the product for specified benchmarking, reporting, research, and performance-analysis purposes, subject to limits on external sharing of HEDIS indicators, averages, percentiles, and health-plan product rates.
