Description
The City of Bryan is soliciting a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to improve concrete golf cart paths at the City Golf Course. The work includes widening approximately 5,080 linear feet of existing five-foot-wide paths by two feet, demolishing and reconstructing approximately 212 linear feet of existing paths, constructing a triangular connection area, and restoring disturbed turf, landscaping, irrigation, and adjacent ground surfaces. The scope includes site preparation, excavation, grading, select fill, concrete demolition and disposal, reinforcing steel and dowel installation, placement of 3,000-to-4,000-PSI concrete, broom finishing, control joints, curing, final cleanup, and coordination around golf course operations. Construction is restricted to Monday through Friday, with completion required within 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit a lump-sum price and complete the required bid, felony conviction notification, and certification forms. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation coverage.
