Description
Clark County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking one or more contractors or subgrantees to provide parent aide services for families served by its Family & Children Services Division. Services are delivered in families’ homes and community settings to address child safety concerns, prevent removal, support reunification, strengthen parenting skills, and help families maintain stability. Required activities include budgeting, meal planning and preparation, discipline techniques, basic childcare, housekeeping, supervised visitation, transportation, behavior modeling, case documentation, team meetings, critical-incident reporting, and court testimony when requested. Providers must maintain trained staff available from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days per week excluding federal holidays, and must support referrals, service plans, case files, monthly reports, and outcome tracking. The anticipated contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an option for one additional year; total anticipated funding is $200,000 per calendar year across all awards combined. Proposals must include technical and cost proposals, required certifications and forms, financial documentation, references, staffing and organizational information, program methodology, deliverables, outcomes, risk management, and proposed payment and funding narratives.
