Description
Emmanuel Christian Academy is soliciting specific, non-budgetary quotes for one internet access and data transmission service connection with a capacity between 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration, a leased router, all delivery-related taxes and fees, and SPI invoicing. The contract should allow bandwidth upgrades without extending the original contract term. Bidders must guarantee service delivery, separately identify eligible and ineligible costs, comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and avoid equipment or services subject to FCC national security supply-chain restrictions. Email bids are not accepted; bid documents must be uploaded through the designated Box submission folder. This is not a formal sealed bid or RFP process, and generic or budgetary quotes may be rejected.
