Description
Clark County, Ohio is soliciting sealed bids for renovations to the Family Services Visitation Building. The project requires contractors and subcontractors to provide the necessary labor, equipment, and materials, comply with Ohio domestic-steel, prevailing-wage, equal-employment-opportunity, nondiscrimination, and quality-contracting requirements, and use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable. Bids must include the required bid guaranty and specified county forms, including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Personal Property Tax Statement, Non-Discrimination Provision, Affidavit in Compliance with ORC 3515.13, and Quality Contracting Standards documentation. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond, meet the county’s insurance requirements, and, if the contract exceeds $100,000, submit two recent CPA-compiled, reviewed, or audited financial statements after bid opening. The estimate of probable cost is $1,100,000.
