Description
Clark County is seeking a single contractor to provide maintenance, support, repairs, and service for two existing video recording systems: one at a Child Advocacy Center and one at a Visitation Center. The systems include video recorders, cameras, microphones, monitoring consoles, room controls, intercom functionality, storage, encrypted email transmission, USB export, audit logs, search capabilities, simultaneous recording, and non-proprietary file storage. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment items and cables, maintain the systems, minimize disruption to interviews and visitations, and train facility employees. The response must include detailed pricing for materials, labor, three years of maintenance and service, emergency calls, warranty service, testing and permits, and other costs. The selected vendor must provide a one-year warranty on equipment and labor, comply with applicable data-security and records-retention requirements for any cloud solution, and submit business references and descriptions of at least two relevant completed projects. A seven-page response packet, including pricing, affidavits, and insurance certification, must be completed and submitted with the quote.
