Description
The Monroe County Capital Improvement Board is soliciting bids for the Seminary Pointe Demolition project. Bids must comply with the bidding documents and include the Bid Form, State Form 96E, an E-Verify Affidavit, and the contractor's written drug testing program compliant with Indiana Code 4-13-18. A bid bond is not required. A payment and performance bond equal to 100% of the total bid will be required. The base bid may be held for up to 60 days before award, and alternate bids may be held for up to 90 days before award and incorporation into the contract by change directive. A pre-bid meeting and subsequent site visit are scheduled at the construction office.
