Description
The City of Columbus, Indiana, is soliciting bids for modernization work at the Rocky Ford Road and Central Avenue traffic signal locations. Contract documents, including drawings, plans, and specifications, are available online through the city's electronic bidding event. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave using the forms provided in the bid event. Each bid must include Indiana Form 96, including the Contractor's Non-Collusion Affidavit, a notarized Comprehensive Compliance Form, and bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified check. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds, insurance documentation, and begin construction promptly after award.
