Description
The City of Longueuil is requesting proposals for professional services to provide animation and operation of its regular day camp programs. Proposals will be evaluated using a two-envelope quality-and-price process, and submissions must achieve at least 70 points in the qualitative evaluation to remain eligible for award. The estimated contract duration is 33 months. The solicitation is an open competitive procurement, and the complete bidding documents and amendments must be obtained through Quebec's electronic tendering system. Paper submissions must be sealed and time-stamped at Longueuil City Hall, while electronic submissions are accepted exclusively through the same electronic tendering system.
