Description
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency is procuring one skidded bunkhouse, with an optional second bunkhouse depending on pricing. The unit must be an off-the-shelf or ready-to-sell product manufactured by a supplier whose normal business is producing the specified items. The scope includes supply, delivery, and installation, with the unit delivered duty paid and unloaded at the Agency's designated Prince Albert facility. The bunkhouse must meet detailed architectural, structural, skid, flooring, wall, roofing, door and window, mechanical, plumbing, gas, electrical, fire-safety, furnishing, and equipment specifications. The supplier is responsible for applicable development, building, water, sewer, gas, electrical, occupancy, and environmental permits, inspections, and fees. Proposals must address compliance with mandatory requirements, provide proposed drawings or diagrams, describe delivery capability, warranty coverage, relevant experience, and any proposed subcontractors. A minimum one-year warranty is required, with service response within 72 hours and an authorized service or warranty location within an 800-kilometre or eight-hour radius of the delivery location.
