Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking an all-inclusive conference facilities package for the Right of Way and Utilities Summit 2026 in Virginia Beach. The requirement covers lodging at GSA per diem rates, including 120 rooms for the night before the summit and 170 rooms for the second night; breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets for approximately 170 attendees; and a large banquet hall or ballroom with four breakout rooms for two days. The package must also include audiovisual equipment and related services for the main conference room and breakout rooms, including a large screen, podium, microphones, projector, computer cable or HDMI connectivity, speakers, and Wi-Fi or high-speed internet access. The summit activities are scheduled for October 27–28, 2026, with lodging beginning October 26, 2026.
