Description
Pearland Independent School District is soliciting vendors for student and district activities and venues through an all-award, multiple-vendor arrangement. Vendors must submit pricing and a list of the goods or services they offer, along with all required bid documents and information. Award does not guarantee future business; it establishes eligibility for the district to use a vendor when a qualifying need arises. The initial contract term is five years, with a stated expiration date of June 30, 2031. Awards may be made incrementally during the solicitation period, subject to Board of Trustees approval, with submissions evaluated monthly. Existing awarded vendors do not need to respond. The solicitation covers a broad range of activity, educational, entertainment, recreation, event, instructional, and related goods and services.
