Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract for maintenance dredging and revetted mole repair at Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor in Haleiwa, Oahu, Hawaii. The project includes mechanical clamshell dredging of approximately 4,260 cubic yards of accumulated sediments to restore authorized depths of -12 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW), transportation and disposal of material to the South Oahu Offshore Dredged Material Disposal Site, repairs to selected areas of the revetted mole structure including vegetation and tree removal, filling voids in armor stone layer, and resetting an approximately 130-foot section of the revetted mole armor layer. The estimated period of performance is 200 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
