Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a single firm-fixed-price contract to modernize the obsolete EST2 fire alarm system at Sustainment Bistro, DFAC Building 780. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, engineering, programming, testing, training, permits, transportation, and warranty support; remove and dispose of legacy equipment; install and integrate a UL-listed Edwards EST4 system; connect the system with kitchen hood suppression, gas shutoff, HVAC, and sprinkler interfaces; and coordinate dispatch and Authority Having Jurisdiction acceptance. The work includes a field survey and engineered design, 100% point-to-point and integrated systems testing, operator training, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, software backups, access credentials, and a minimum one-year warranty. Quotes must include separate technical and price volumes, manufacturer certifications and applicable licensing, at least two relevant projects from the last three years using the Work Experience Reference Sheet, and a firm-fixed-price quote with itemized pricing for CLINs 0001 through 0006. The solicitation is unrestricted, with performance amended to September 25, 2026, through July 30, 2027.
