Description
Burke is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide client-based laboratory services for clients throughout its eleven-county service area. The selected vendor must be CLIA-certified, accredited by the College of American Pathologists, licensed to do business in Texas, and experienced in serving community mental health and intellectual and developmental disabilities centers, including rural areas. The scope includes bidirectional laboratory-ordering and results interfaces with Burke's electronic health record and portal, specimen collection and transport or convenient off-site draw-station access, laboratory testing for the listed test profiles, phlebotomy and draw-station support when requested, necessary supplies and equipment, 24-hour turnaround for chemistry profiles and STAT or repeat testing, and billing of third-party carriers and approved eligible individuals. Proposals must include administrative, technical, management, pricing, references, assurances, conflict-of-interest, lobbying, taxpayer-identification, credentials, insurance, and HUB/DBE documentation, along with the required exhibits and forms.
