Description
The State of West Virginia, through its Division of Forestry, seeks a one-time purchase of two utility terrain vehicles. Each vehicle must be a 2027 Can-Am Defender XU 6x6 XT or equal and include at least a 975cc V-twin liquid-cooled four-stroke gasoline engine, CVT transmission with electronic drive-belt protection and hill-descent control, selectable 4WD/6WD modes with locking differential, and three-person passenger capacity. Each UTV must also include a power-tilt cargo bed measuring at least 72 by 54 inches, a minimum 4,500-pound winch with synthetic cable, front bumper, heavy-duty skid plate, full hard roof, metal headache rack, at least 1,000-pound bed capacity, 2,500-pound towing capacity, 13-inch ground clearance, and a minimum one-year warranty. Vendors must complete the agency-provided pricing page; alternate pricing pages may result in disqualification. Delivery is required within 60 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
