Description
The State of West Virginia, for the West Virginia Adjutant General's Office and West Virginia Army National Guard, is soliciting a one-time purchase of nine new commercial zero-turn lawn mowers: six Cub Cadet Pro Z 760S models or equals and three Cub Cadet Pro Z 972SD EFI models with sun-shade accessories or equals. The equipment must meet detailed specifications, including steering-wheel controls, reinforced fabricated steel cutting decks, specified cutting-height ranges, rollover protective structures, speed ranges, hand-operated brakes, hour meters, and warranty requirements. The larger mower must also include dual rear wheels, weighted front rims, electronic deck lift and PTO controls, and a 14- to 16-gallon fuel capacity with electronic fuel gauge. Bidders must complete the pricing page and identify any alternate models with supporting manufacturer specifications or literature demonstrating equivalency. Equipment must be new 2026 models or newer and delivered within 30 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed. The award is intended for the lowest overall total cost among bids meeting the specifications.
