Description
The State of West Virginia Aviation Division is soliciting bids for an open-ended contract covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for a 2007 Beech King Air 350, registration N1WV, serial number FL-527. The scope includes hourly shop labor, avionics labor, after-hours labor, phase inspections, engine hot-section inspections, battery checks, tire and wheel services, propeller balancing, emergency lighting and avionics battery checks, and related aircraft maintenance services. The contractor must also provide Textron/Hawker Beechcraft and non-Textron/Hawker Beechcraft parts, consumables, and specified inspection or recertification services. Bidders must complete and submit the protected Exhibit A Pricing Page, including labor rates, parts discounts, equipment-use fees, consumables pricing, and vendor-facility travel information. The pricing schedule covers four contract years; the listed $20,000 total is an evaluation estimate and is expressly not a budget allocation or fixed annual spending limit.
