The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Lottery, is soliciting bids for an open-end contract for HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance services at the Lottery headquarters located at 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, WV. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly preventive maintenance, including filter cleaning/replacement, and as-needed corrective maintenance to restore HVAC systems to working order. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, tools, and parts, and must maintain a 24/7 emergency response capability. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total cost as calculated from the pricing pages, which include a monthly preventive maintenance fee, an hourly labor rate for corrective maintenance, and a parts markup multiplier. The contract value is capped at $500,000. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026.
