Description
The School Building Authority of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide snow removal services at its property, including salting and deicing of sidewalks and parking areas, manual shoveling, and plowing for snow accumulations of 6 inches or less and greater than 6 inches. The vendor must provide all tools, equipment, safety gear, supplies, and environmentally friendly deicing products effective to -25°F, without harming concrete, pavement, or animals. The vendor must complete the pricing page for each service line and will be awarded the contract based on the lowest overall total cost using the stated estimated quantities. Services should be performed before business hours or before 8:00 a.m. when possible. The vendor must be registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division, in good standing with the West Virginia Secretary of State, and not debarred from doing business with the state or federal government. Bids must be submitted electronically through the state procurement system, and the completed pricing page and required acknowledgments must be included.
