Description
The West Virginia Lottery is pursuing a direct award to Eaton Corporation for yearly maintenance and support of two Powerware 9390 UPS systems and their battery systems. The scope includes 24/7 corrective maintenance coverage for UPS electronics, parts, labor, and expenses; corrective battery work is excluded. The contract includes two 24/7 preventive-maintenance visits annually for the UPS electronics and two for the batteries, including inspections, measurements, testing, battery and connector checks, safety review, and written reporting. It also includes Eaton factory-trained technician firmware and software upgrades, PredictPulse remote monitoring, customer reliability-center triage, dispatch and monitoring, service-history and service-request web access, and an eight-hour standard response time. The quoted annual contract price is $28,627.56, with a 12-month coverage period from December 28, 2026, through December 27, 2027.
