Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to increase the maximum ceiling of contract HM047624D0008 from $86.4 million by $76.1 million, resulting in a $162.5 million ceiling. The contract supports known and projected engineering changes for Department of War needs, under NAICS 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The ordering period remains in effect through April 9, 2029. This is a sole-source notice and is expressly not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement and statement of interest for the agency's consideration, but the agency retains discretion over whether to compete the action.
