Description
The West Virginia General Services Division is soliciting bids to furnish and install two snowplows and two winches on two John Deere model 845M Gators. Snowplows must have 70- to 74-inch blades, 24-inch blade height, quick-mount systems, two angle cylinders, 14-gauge stainless-steel moldboards, and standard plow shoes. Winches must have at least 4,500 pounds of capacity, at least 50 feet of 1/4-inch synthetic rope, 12-volt electric operation, and permanent mounts. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering compliant items at the lowest overall total cost. The vendor must complete the pricing page electronically through wvOASIS or as an electronic document. Delivery is required within 90 days after award to the Department of Administration at 320 Michigan Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia, and installation is included for both product categories.
