Description
The Town of Bedford is seeking an Owner Project Manager firm or individual for phased improvements to municipal facilities, initially focused on the Safety Complex, DPW Highway Garage, and Town Offices. The scope includes pre-design consultation, facilities programming, project phasing, procurement planning, cost estimating and control, schedule and risk management, stakeholder coordination, financial planning, document control, reporting, and support for designer and contractor selection. Additional services may extend through preliminary and final design, construction, commissioning, startup, closeout, and occupancy. Respondents must submit a qualification package addressing firm and team experience, resumes, relevant project profiles, and a detailed project approach, along with the required certifications in Appendix A. The OPM must be a New Hampshire-registered architect or professional engineer, or otherwise have at least 10 years of experience in building construction and construction supervision. Short-listed firms will be required to participate in interviews.
