Description
The National Cancer Institute's Thoracic and GI Malignancies Branch requires a multi-mode microplate reader system to support their biomedical research. This system must be capable of absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence-based assays. The contractor will provide the equipment, software, installation, training, and support for a fully operational system. The required system includes one SpectraMax M3 Microplate Reader or equivalent, the latest SoftMax Pro software license, installation and operational verification, user training, and warranty/service agreement options. Key technical requirements include absorbance detection (200-1000nm), fluorescence intensity detection, luminescence detection, monochromator-based wavelength selection, temperature control, plate shaking, and kinetic/endpoint read capability. The software must support advanced analysis and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance if applicable. Deliverables include the installed and fully functional instrument, software installation and licensing, training materials, and warranty/service documentation. Delivery and installation are expected within 4-8 weeks after award. The place of performance is NIH facilities within the Thoracic and GI Malignancies Branch, CCR, NCI. Acceptance will be based on successful installation, calibration, and demonstration that the system meets all technical requirements.
